6. Damages & Issues

Techtonika Autolink is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping if the carrier is at fault. However, we want you to be satisfied.

• If you receive your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods.

• Contact us at info@techtonika-autolink.com within 48 hours of receipt with photos of the damage so we can assist you in filing a claim with the courier.

7. Incorrect Address & Re-delivery

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If a package is returned to our West Ryde warehouse due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, a re-delivery fee may apply.
